Just moved in about a month ago but I've had a great experience. My apartment is spacious and has better aq footage than other places for the price and is newly renovated. Caprice in the office is a huge help she wasn't my original leasing person but she helped me get into my place smoothly none the less. The entire staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are responsive and efficient.

Been living here for a couple of years now and it's been an extremely positive experience. The management company that currently runs the place is extremely competent and helpful, and the maintenance staff is unparalleled in their timeliness and effectiveness. A lot of these reviews seem to be from a time with far less competent management, and I haven't had problems with any of the things the other reviewers have mentioned. 10/10 would recommend.
